Kent brings large firm and business world experience to small businesses and individuals needing quality legal representation. He provides closing services through his relationship with First Western Title Company. Kent has assisted many clients by forming corporations, limited partnerships and other business organizations throughout his career. He also prepares wills and other planning documents, as well as handling all types of probate matters.

A few years back, Kent was afforded the opportunity to represent some local musicians. He was then contacted by some producers and later some actors. These experiences allowed him to begin to develop an entertainment law expertise in his practice. Kent combines his legal business and music background to provide entertainment law clients with a unique perspective and quality representation.

The Law Offices of Kent Davis operates as a sole proprietorship. It is wholly owned, operated and managed by Kent Davis. The practice currently has two full-time employees and one part-time employee. This is a family business. Kent is assisted with time and billing and bookkeeping by his wife of 27 years, Lisa Davis.

Kent handles all legal matters and supervises the activities of two full-time real estate closers. He conducts all initial client meetings and is primarily responsible for marketing the firm and assisting clients with their legal issues.

The business operates from a building situated at 9284 Huntington Square in North Richland Hills, Texas. The location provides easy access to major thoroughfares serving northeast Tarrant County.

Kent has been practicing law for 25 years and the majority of those years in northeast Tarrant County. He has served in a variety of roles with HEB ISD Education Foundation, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the American Heart Association, the HEB Sports Hall of Fame and Center Point Church.
