The process is extremely long for this category and there is nothing pending in new legislation that changes that.
I have F1 Status and TPS both. I have EAD through TPS. Can I work full time with that EAD?

It depends if you want to maintain your F status. If yes, you may not work under TPS.

My daughter will turn 21 next month . She has DACA ( in 2012 and renewed 2014).
She has more than 300 on church .

DACA does not grant any status and just working for a church does not grant any rights unless they are in capacities approved in the R-1 category....
