Moving locations is permissible. Just be sure to keep them informed of your address changes with AR-11.

If your son's income is insufficient it will be necessary to find a co-sponsor.

How long does it take for EAD to be mailed to you if it says approved on the case tracker. Can you work on EAD card?

Illegal immigrants do not achieve immigration status just by marriage to a US citizen, and nor will it prevent deportation.

Hard to say how long although they are given 120 days to make a decision. It is possible to be called back in as well which could extend the time.
