Biography
I've been practicing Municipal and Traffic Law since November 2005. I graduated from Arizona State University and Texas Wesleyan (now Texas A&M) School of Law. I've been serving as the Managing Attorney responsible for all daily operations for Jim Lollar & Associates, P.C. since January 2013. In June 2017 I combined practices with James R. Mallory, Attorney at Law and created a new firm that is the leading provider of Class C Misdemeanor Defense in North Texas - Mallory, Lollar, Holt & Associates, P.C. I continue to serve as Managing Attorney for the new firm and still hold resposnibility for all daily operations at all three offices.

Citation dismissed
Hired Justin to take care of my citation for driving with an invalid licence. He called me and when I explained that I was issued and unfair and incorrect citation he got me to email documents that proved my point and got the citation thrown out. Worth Every Penny
As someone with a CDL license, any ticket affects me negatively. Mr Holt came highly recommended. That and the fact that I was actually innocent was reason enough to take it to trial. Mr Holt agued for a not guilty verdict, and that is what was returned.
