Biography
Robert R. Bodoin is the founding member of Bodoin & Agnew, PLLC. He has forty four years of trial and appellate experience in general civil litigation, representing individual and commercial clients in matters as diverse as business torts, fiduciary litigation, banking litigation, medical malpractice, aviation litigation, and various contract and property rights claims. Mr. Bodoin is member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (a national organization composed of reputable trial lawyers in the United States whose membership is limited to those invited to join). Mr. Bodoin also has been listed on the "Top Attorneys" list for 2012, 2013, and 2013 by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine. Mr. Bodoin also holds the prestigious “AV Preeminent (5.0 out of 5)” rating under Martindale Hubbell's Peer Review Program. Under the program, attorneys rate each other on both technical proficiency and ethical standards. “AV Preeminent” is the highest rating that can be earned.
Throughout his career Mr. Bodoin has been actively involved in the legal community. As a young lawyer, he served as President of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, and as Vice President of the Tarrant County Legal Aid Foundation.
