My wife and I hired her to represent us in a real estate lawsuit initiated by the buyer of our home. However, she failed to fully understand the responsibilities and goals entrusted to her as our attorney. She neglected to interview me, the defendant, as well as the plaintiff and key witness to ensur...e an accurate understanding of the facts. Furthermore, she did not utilize our retained expert witness, despite our payment for their services. Instead, she repeatedly sought continuations, unnecessarily prolonging the lawsuit.
