OUTCOME: We won.

Mother was my client, after a long custody battle my client had been awarded custody. The father did not like the outcome and filed an appeal with the State of Michigan Court of Appeals. The Michigan C ... ourt of Appeals determined that the mother was most fit and the judgment stood. The mother won the case.
