Ms. Famojuro was really helpful for me. I had some concerns about my school principal. I had decided to meet my principal and discuss those concerns. Several weeks later, I was under being accused of unprofessional conduct by colleagues. This, I believe, was a reprisal for the concerns I had regardin...g my principal. I retained Ms. Famojuro through my professional organization. She guided me through the legal process and helped me prepare to face the charges. She helped me draft and edited my responses to the allegations my colleagues made. She was also with me when I met with district personnel to face the charges. I found her to be professional and competent. Overall, very good. I give her 4 stars and not 5 because there were questions at my hearing that, when I reflect back, were "fishing" questions by the district personnel. These questions were designed to gather more information of wrongdoing beyond the scope of the original accusations. I think those should have been stopped by Ms. Famojuro. However, hindsight is 20/20 and overall, she did a very good job representing me. She helped me to move on from this experience and retain my professional reputation and preserve my career. I am grateful to her for her services.
