With all the emotions of a custody case the last thing I needed was problems or concerns with my own attorney. I was disgruntle from past experiences and hesitant but took a chance and couldn't be happier with the decision. From the beginning, the Law Office Of Mark M. Childress has taken care of me ...and adjusted to meet my needs. From financials, being responsive, and shooting me straight so I had no false expectations, this Law Office and it's staff have been there for me. Desiree did not handle my case personally; however, when my attorney was in court she managed it, answered all questions or took necessary steps to fix my problems. The respect she showed me when she discovered I was a Disabled Veteran showed me they truly do care and will go above and beyond to represent you. I represented myself at first, didn't sleep for weeks and was on the verge of loosing my case without knowing. I couldn't be thankful enough for them stepping in and not just stopping but reversing what was about to happen just in time I highly recommend them and will continue to utilize their services in the future if needed.

She did a good job at communicating with me and was quick to respond. There are a few things I wish that where brought up during mediation that where not but give the circumstances I did not really know how to come into mediation. The lawyer I hired retired and didn’t let me know so I got picked up... by the other lawyers at the firm. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. I just wish the mediator was a little more Thorough. It felt like she was in a rush, but she was good at what she did. Just left something out that really should have been discussed at that time. Never been divorced before so I wish every detail had been addressed. you live and learn I guess. Desiree was great with my case basically being dumped on her!

I originally consulted with Desiree and she answered all my many questions and she was very knowledgeable. My divorce was going to be somewhat complicated but Desiree provided me with very good explanations and she simplified matters. At the time I requested a consultation she immediately got back ...to me the same day and scheduled the consultation for the next day! And once I hired her, immediately after consulting with her, she was working my case the very next day!! Although I did reconcile with my husband shortly thereafter and no longer needed her services, I was more than satisfied with the work she had done to date. She was very pleasant and a delight to work with and if I ever need her services again for any family law matters, I will definitely call upon Desiree in a pinch! And I will definitely refer my friends and family to her for any of their legal needs. If you want a lawyer who is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and understanding, then I definitely recommend you contact Desiree. And just because she doesn't have a considerable number of years of experience yet, don't let that turn you off. In fact, she is very smart and she has no problem in letting you know if she doesn't know the answer, she will find out the answer and get back to you quickly... without charging you for her "research"! And with my complicated divorce case and all the multitude of questions I had for her, she only needed to consult with her senior attorney on one matter to confirm her position. And it turned out she was right on target, to begin with. If I had needed to pursue my divorce, I would have had no problem in putting all my trust into Desiree to see me through to the end as I felt complete confidence in her.
