Samantha Kristyn Hill

I had an assault family violence case with a court appointed lawyer. I wasn't pleased with what my court appointed lawyer was offering from the prosecution, while he was in the court room I overheard Samantha speaking with one of her clients. Not only was she being sincere but upfront and honest wi...th her client. I had been in custody for 9 days, I was being held on a probation revocation. The worst thing was that I have finally found my career and love my job and am financially stable for once in my life. After 10 days of missing work I would have been terminated from my dream career and that was worst case scenario for me. I rejected my court appointed attorneys offer, fired him on the spot and got Mrs. Hills info. After being transferred backed to my cell I had my family contact and hire Samantha. Not only did she get me a low bond but I was out the next day (10th) day and kept my employment. The next few weeks I was told by probation to keep fulfilling my terms of probation. I was driving 100 miles a week for BIP (batterers Intervention and Prevention) classes. I informed Samantha, she spoke with probation and the courts called me back and informed me I do not need to fulfill those classes nor do I need to report unless its for court. Samantha pretty much gave me the option to have my probation reinstated wich Im confident she could have done, but I made a decision the terms and driving across Texas for probation requirements was to costly and my employer wasn't happy about all the time missed at work. Showed up to court this morning, nervous of course being that I had 3 violations I was in court for on the probation revocation. Crossing state lines, consuming alcohol, and DUI. I was hoping that the 9 days in jail wich equaled 27 because I was trusty would get me time served. Ha, long shot right? Prosecuter wanted 60 days in jail, Protation office wanted me to serve 90. Samantha knew that I had responsibilities I have, child support, insurance, work, etc. As Im waiting outside the court room and Mrs. Hill has been back and forth talking to the Prosecuter, she comes out with the outcome. TIME SERVED!! I was extatic, back to the 72 degree weather I went and my sons little practice O will be at attendance tomorrow. I have had alot of brushes with law enforcement and a handful of lawyers, Samantha Hill was by far the best. Not only was she fairly priced, but she was pleasant everytime I was in her office, she sat down and went over every avenue with me and wasn't just gonna settle like most of the lawyers I've ever dealt with. I wish I would have hired Samantha from the beginning of the Assault case it would have gotten plead down and I wouldn't have this on my record for life and would be able to purchase a firearm, I hunt. I hired a big shot big name before hiring Samantha and never spoke to him more than a few minutes the entire case. To Sum it all up I got everything I paid for and more and if your looking for a great lawyer make a wise decision and atleast call and talk with Samantha. And remember God is good all the time.
