Nicholas Peele

Nick Peele brings a unique and powerful perspective to personal injury law, having spent nearly a decade on the other side of injury claims as an insurance adjuster before becoming an attorney. Born and raised in Texas, Nick earned his business administration degree from the University of North Texas and launched immediately into a career in insurance claims management.
During his tenure with industry leaders ACE American Insurance, Esis, Inc. and Philadelphia Insurance Company, Nick managed complex claims across all 50 states, developing deep expertise in commercial auto and truck accidents, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice cases. This extensive experience gave him an insider's understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and process claims. He now uses that knowledge to directly benefit his clients.
While working full-time as an insurance adjuster, Nick demonstrated remarkable dedication by pursuing his law degree through night classes at Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor. This combination of real-world insurance experience and legal education gives him a distinct advantage in advocating for injury victims.

As a partner at the Zadeh Firm, Nick focuses his practice on representing clients in various personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, motorcycle crashes, trucking collisions, dog bites, and premises liability cases.
