Biography
My practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, labor & employment law and college & university law. I am a shareholder and director with McDonald Sanders and I also serve as co-chair of the firm’s recruiting committee.
I have represented the interests of both individual and corporate clients, including commercial and individual property owners, banking institutions, a private university, private schools and one of the largest electric cooperatives in Texas.
In my practice, I have represented clients in a variety of litigation matters including defending claims of sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. Because of my litigation experience, I also bring my clients a wealth of knowledge in developing and implementing operations and procedures policies. Additionally, I have also represented clients in probate court including contested guardianship matters.
