Remembering my chaotic night in jail from my negligence of choice AGAIN, I’m reminded how I heard two officers say, ” She’s gonna need a good Lawyer “. As my head hung down, I knew they were right. Especially from my prior. Well, I searched, I listened, I heard all the propositions from Alot of lawye...rs until on lunch break. Sitting in a park decided to Google once more. I found Attorney Jeff Hoover. Man. Was I relieved to just speaking with him. I told my story. He listened but had a gracious tone that made me say ” This is the one”. He first made me know ALL have made bad decisions but doesn’t make you a bad person. He and Myra ( his paralegal) made me feel at ease. With still having human doubt, Attorney Jeff Hoover changed my Under the Jail Cell to a misdemeanor. Father God. Every moment in multiple court showing I was SO relieved to see his face. To hear his voice, his presence gave me a sense of security. He never failed in anyway. He’s very to the point (Which I loved from the initial call) He never sugar-coated anything. He kept me in the loop and communicated either he or Mayra at all times. I thought I would lose my kids through the transition. Attorney Hoover changed my life that was pending State Jail. 5 years. Omg, Please understand, this man to me was like God. I even had to pray to my God to let him know it was all God in him. He even went over backwards to get my fees reduced to $0. Even when meeting my PO for the first time, she was in shocking. I truly to this day hate the decision I made but finding Attorney Jeff Hoover was by far better than the choice of drinking while driving. People. Listen. OCTOBER 7th, 2020 was the absolute worst night of my life. I was involved in an absolutely horrendous DWI situation, I was taken to jail and ultimately ended up contacting the office of Jeff Hoover. After speaking with Mayra who is the absolute best at her job Jeff decided to post my bond. After a f...ew months I was indicted on a 3 count felony indictment as well as my 3 misdemeanor charges that were previously filed for a total of 6 charges stemming from the same incident. During this time Mr. Hoover gave me several things to do In order to place my self in the best possible light. I faithfully executed his plan and on 8/1/2022 all 3 felony charges were dismissed and 2 of the misdemeanor charges were deferred with the remaining DWI charge being the only one that would end up being on my record due to the type of DWI it was after two years of probation. Mr. Hoover fought gallantly, faithfully and honorably for my rights and executed his plan flawlessly in order to achieve this outcome. I guess you could call him a magician of criminal law. But I would call him a consummate professional as he is very skilled and well versed in the law. The man never once told me anything but the truth and the full truth which at times was hard to swallow for me. But he always reassured me that I was going to be ok. I hope to never have to hire an attorney again but if for some reason I did or any of my family or friends, The Law Office of Jeff S Hoover will get my recommendation. After this outcome many of my friends and family already have his number in their phones, yes it was that big of a deal. It is my hope Mr. Hoover will use my story to his future clients to educate them and help reassure them of what he is capable of if given the opportunity to represent you in your criminal case. You can’t go wrong with hiring Jeff S Hoover. I can’t say it enough but he and Mayra are the best at what they do. Now on to Mayra who is an absolute rockstar at her job always maintaining professionalism when dealing with clients like my self who are probably not the easiest to deal with, I was nervous, scared and a little overwhelmed most of the time and she never wavered in her professionalism. She was always calm when I was not, even answered my calls when she was not at the office. I was never placed on hold or had to wait. If she didn’t have the answer she would get it and call back as soon as she spoke to Jeff. These two individuals are gods gift to the citizens of Tarrant County for what they do and how they handle the highly complex and serious situations for their clients. I hired the lawyer Jeffrey Hoover on a DWI case where I was under the legal level of alcohol on my body but after the cop made a phone call he add the alcohol level coming up with .081 just enough to charge me for a DWI.
