Jeffrey Robert Grable

Jeffrey Grable’s practice is devoted to the representation of clients in oil & gas and energy matters, including disputes and litigation as well as industry agreements and transactions. Mr. Grable has successfully represented large and small independent producers, land acquisition companies, royalty owners, working interest owners, midstream companies and landowners in a variety of legal matters involving the following:

• Pooling and unitization claims including communitization and apportionment issues arising out nonparticipating royalty interests

In addition to these representative areas, Mr. Grable has successfully represented clients in the negotiation and documentation of easements and rights-of-way for pipelines and facilities and in condemnation proceedings for the same. Mr. Grable regularly counsels clients on a wide range of oil and gas issues and his transactional experience includes the negotiation and documentation of oil, gas & mineral leases, bonus agreements, assignments, deeds and related title instruments, letters of intent and term sheets and sale agreements among others. Mr. Grable is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He has been recognized on multiple occasions by Texas Super Lawyers, as a “Rising Star,” and by Fort Worth, Texas magazine as a “Top Attorney,” and is peer rated AV by Martindale Hubble.
