Ginger M. Webber

Ginger M. Webber focuses her practice on commercial real estate leasing, financing transactions, and purchase and sale transactions. Ms. Webber prepares documentation in relation to commercial office building leases and retail leases. She also engages in the negotiation of leases representing both landlords and tenants across the nation. For financial institution clients, she handles loan closings, deeds of trust, notes, and title commitments. Ms. Webber negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, and handles other aspects of purchases and sales of commercial office buildings, raw land, retail centers, and restaurant sites. Her experience also extends to advising property managers on tenant relations issues.
