BEST LAWYER AND TEAM HANDS DOWN

The search for your Lawyer should start and end here. My dad and I visited the Westfall Sellers office to meet with Frank Sellers and had no idea what to expect because I’ve simply never been in trouble and have never had the need for a lawyer. But I promise you both my dad and I knew within minutes ...of meeting with Frank, that he was the right fit. We didn’t feel the need to go visit with other Lawyers because we believed that Frank said enough in our first 15 minute meeting that he was the man for the job. My case was a DWI. I was arrested in May of this year and had a high blow. Over double the leagle limit. But frank assured me that he would do everything in his power to give us the best possible chance to win this case. It’s easy for someone to say that; but it’s another for them to actually put their foot down and do it, and that’s exactly what Frank and his team did. From day one until my case was found NOT GUILTY, they were with me and my family every step of the way. They are truly there to help you with any questions and to remind you to relax and leave the legal side of things up to them. My family and I could not be more grateful. This was the toughest part of my young life, but Frank and his team made sure that I would see the light at the end of the tunnel! And that’s why I’m here making sure if you need a lawyer, don’t even second guess and start right here! Thank you again Frank and the entire team at Westfall Sellers.

Fresh Start

I can’t speak highly enough about Mr. Sellers. I asked him to file a DWI nondislcousre on my behalf so that I would no longer have to disclose the charge to employers and other public entities. Frank explained the process throughly, made sure I was up to date with progress updates, and ultimately lan...ded a successful outcome. I appreciated Frank’s professionalism and candor throughout the process. He also charged me a fair rate and made sure that all of my questions were answered at the conclusion of my case. I highly recommend Frank and have no reservation in saying that he is one of the best criminal defense attorneys in the State of Texas. Absolutely Brilliant Attorney & Litigator

Mr. Sellers represented me in a DWI as well as unlawful carrying of a weapon charge(s). As a Federal employee, my career and livelihood were literally in his hands. Mr. Sellers went above and beyond any and all professional etiquette and gave my case the attention it needed . He was not willing to si...mply accept a perfunctory plea deal. He attacked my case and we took it to a jury trial. My verdict came back NOT GUILTY on both charges. Outstanding Attorney

I hired Mr. Sellers for my case in Tarrant County. I have had many charges sad to say, but Mr. Sellers took my case on and did a outstanding job at keeping me on probation.
