Lesson Learned

Our student, in a lack of discretion and common sense, received a DUI citation during the fall semester of last year. Based on a referral we contacted Frank Sellers to handle her case in hopes of getting a dismissal or reduction in their punishment. Frank was readily available, shared the same sens...e of urgency and eagerly took on the challenge. His professionalism, competency and communication were more than we could have hoped for all the while continuing to enforce to our student the severity and consequences of the offense. The outcome exceeded our expectations with a dismissal of the charges and in addition the rate was very fair. Lesson learned we are hoping.

Case Dismissed

I recently got myself into a huge mess. I was very scared about the future considering that I have always wanted to be a teacher and I figured that I had completely messed that up for myself. After hiring Frank Sellers, he met with me immediately and was very knowledgeable, informative, and reassurin...g about my situation. He kept in contact throughout the whole process and was very on top of everything. I ended up getting my DWI dismissed. If you are in any sort of trouble, I highly recommend you to use Frank Sellers.

All around GREAT lawyer!!!

All charges dismissed. Thanks to Mr. Sellers I don't have a DWI hanging over my head any more. Very knowledgeable on TX laws and he made sure I stayed informed throughout the whole process.
