College Student Away From Home

Frank Sellers was my life saver. I am a student at Texas Tech and on a night out I helped out a friend who was inebriated and needed a ride home. Somehow I was involved in a car accident and charged with a DWI. My family is over 700 miles away and was hard to have the support I needed. Mr. Sellers ex...plained to me in detail about my next steps and had me collect as much information as I could about that night. Along with having a concussion, very few details I could remember about this night. As a young woman who had never been in trouble before, I was more distraught over the accusation being charged against me instead of how to proceed with the court process. Mr. Sellers was always on top of my court proceedings and kept my in the loop. He was able to provide evidence that eventually led to a lesser charge. I strongly recommend Mr. Seller to help you out.

Legal Lion against DWI charge !

Frank delivers positive results. I was arrested for DWI. I contacted a friend working in upper management in local law enforcement. He advised me to contact Mr. Sellers as Frank was known to be the best with DWI's. Mr. Sellers' professionalism in discreetly handling my case and successfully negot...iating a lesser plea was precisely what I expected and ultimately received. Brilliant lawyer with such a gift

We hired Frank to represent our son for a criminal offense. His verdict is not guilty! Frank did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about the law and is very good at examining and cross examining witnesses. He was prepared for trial everyday. He is a very caring man and helped our son feel s...o much better. He definitely has a gift!

Dismissed an application to revoke probation

Mr.Sellers represented my brother in a case where an application to revoke probation because of two stipulations that were added to his probation. He was able to get these two stipulations dismissed from my brothers probation within a few hrs of talking to the D.A and the probation officer and my bro...ther was released from jail. We were very pleased with everything he did and for helping my brother.

Excellent attorney, very diligent and caring

This was the first criminal charge I ever had and needless to say I was scared and fearful. After I spoke with Frank I immediately found hope that this was not the end of the road for me.
