Excellent Representation

Frank Sellers handled my DUI case. I chose Frank and his firm because of their reputation described to me by those I trust when it comes to these matters. My case was fairly complex given the circumstances but Frank handled it very well. He was able to get an outcome for me that was far better t...han I could have originally anticipated. For anyone who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of being charged with an alcohol related offense, I could not give a stronger recommendation for this firm and in particular, Frank Sellers. Their expertise and professionalism is second to none.

Great Lawyer

Mr. Sellers got my conviction overturned. As a result, I recieved probation instead of a year in jail. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a good lawyer!!!

Theft of Firearms x (3) and Personal Property

Mr Frank Sellers was able to keep me with my family and avoid jail time during the duration of my legal preceding I belived that I placed all my earthly trust in Mr Sellers and he worked hard to see that I receive the best outcome of my bad desicions working together with the (DA) Mr Sellers always ...able to bring my case to close with all my chargers dropped,dismissed Praise God for Mr Sellers that work hard on behalf of his client. Charges Dismissed!

I was charged with a felony and misdemeanor on top of priors and Frank was able to get both charges dismissed. I have used two other criminal defense lawyers in Lubbock and I would definitely recommend Frank over anyone else.
