Wreckless Driving

I hired Frank to represent my in a case where I was wrongfully jailed for a DWI. I since have been dismissed with Wreckless Driving. Frank and his staff have held utmost respect and endearment to my family and self during the entire process. Frank is the man!

I have used Frank on two separate occasions, both yielded excellent results. The first time I was charged with a class A misdemeanor and the second I was charged with a class A and class B. Both times Frank was able to get me a pre-trial diversion which resulted in all charges being dismissed. He als...o successfully had my seized property returned almost immediately. I hope I never have to use Frank's services again, but if anything else happens he will be the first person I call.

Had my back in a bad situation

Mr Sellers was quickly available when I got in a bind. In a situation in which I felt helpless regarding being in jail for a "no show" he quickly came to my defense and I felt represented me very well. Frank truly defended me and greatly helped me out of the situation I was in.

DUI

At the time of my arrest, I was a sophomore in college. I had taken my prescription medication in excess to due to a stressful day. Which wasn't very smart. I was stopped outside of my vehicle and given sobriety test. There wasn't any alcohol involved just prescription mind-altering drugs. My family ...had heard of Frank Sellers and contacted him. He was very informal and explained everything that could happen. Throughout the process he was able to get me a Pre-trial diversion program to get my case dismissed. overall I would highly recommend Frank Sellers if you ever encounter a situation that could hinder your future.
