I was arrested for DWI and Mr. Sellers got my case dismissed.

Mr. Sellers told me that I passed the field sobriety tests with flying colors and since I had not done a breath test we were not pleading guilty to anything. Almost five months later, the DA dismissed the case. Mr. Sellers was very professional and I would recommend him highly.

A very trustworthy, helpful, and committed lawyer

Mr. Sellers is a fantastic lawyer. From the time I contacted him to the completion of my expungement, he proved himself reliable, trustworthy, and committed to ensuring that I had the best representation possible. This was the first time I needed criminal defense, and Mr. Sellers called me back withi...n an hour of contacting his office. He talked me through the specifics of the charge (misdemeanor weapons charge), provided me with a series of options, and then made his recommendation on how he felt we should proceed. I followed his advice to go forth with a book-and-release, and within the week the charges were dropped and soon after the expungement process was underway. What impressed me most about Mr. Sellers was his attention the facts at hand, and his ability to represent my best interests in a fair and thoughtful way in our discussion with the District Attorney. I felt that, should my case have gone to trial, I had the right person to defend me. I also appreciated that Mr. Sellers clearly explained the process in a straightforward manner. I had no idea what to expect, which is why I called a lawyer in the first place, and Mr. Sellers was patient, thorough, and he answered all my questions without making me feel foolish, even if, in hindsight, some of my questions clearly demonstrated that I had no idea what was going on. In short, I am glad that I called Mr. Sellers; he helped me clear the charges, set the expungement in motion very quickly, and he was courteous, receptive, and kind as he worked on my case. He helped make a pretty awful situation a lot easier to handle, and I was able to get back to normal life with very little interruption. Though I hope not to need representation in the future, I am glad to know that Mr. Sellers is in town.

New found belief in the justice system.

I was arrested for driving while intoxicated, but felt I was wrongly charged with the .15 enhancement, but did not want to take the time to go to court over it. Mr. Sellers put my mind at ease and and assured me we had a case worth fighting, so we went for it. After a three day trial my verdict cam...e back not guilty and all charges were dropped not just the .15 enhancement. Mr Sellers not only helped keep my record clean he also helped keep my dreams as a business owner well within grasp. I would consider Mr. Sellers a personal friend of mine and would recommend his services to anyone in need.
