Felony charges dismissed

I called Westfall-Sellers after a lunatic relative accused me of strangling her. It was a complete lie, so I went in to speak to the police without an attorney, which was a mistake. After I told them what happened, they started reading me my rights, but had told me I was free to leave at any time, so... I left. I immediately started looking for an EXCELLENT attorney. I started researching online and asking friends for referrals. I was referred to Frank Sellers. Frank got in touch with the detective who was conducting the "investigation." After several days the detective decided to believe this nutcase, even though there wasn't a single mark on her, I was in the house less than 2 minutes and no one in the house heard an altercation. They issued an arrest warrant and I had to turn myself in to Tarrant County jail, which was a nightmare, zero stars, do not recommend. Frank and Dustin spent a great deal of time with me going over the case. Through their discovery and the evidence I was able to provide, they were successful in getting my case dismissed. The D.A. ended up presenting the case to a grand jury as a misdemeanor, not a felony. The grand jury issued a "No Bill," which means there wasn't enough evidence for an indictment and the case was dismissed. Frank and Dustin and professional, yet personable. They get the job done. I hope I never need them again, but I do recommend them to anyone facing criminal charges.

Frank and Dustin saved my life! They never gave up and faught for me as if I were a family member! Straight business

Best law firm

I just want to say that I’m so grateful with the attorney, taking my case ; his work ethic was amazing not to mention he was there through the entire process. The attorney was always finding ways to make sure I felt comfortable with everything, used multiple resources to get the message across to me... from explain every detail down the road. He made sure that I had a translator at all times so I would be aware of every decision taken. Most importantly he didn’t language be a barrier for us to communicate.

I highly recommend Dustin Hoffman at Westfall Sellers as a top-tier attorney. I received a DWI for the first time, and of course, was scared out of my mind.
