Ezra Rodgers Kuenzi

Ezra R. Kuenzi focuses his practice on white-collar defense and other complex commercial disputes. Mr. Kuenzi represents public companies, private equity firms, individual investors, broker-dealers, company officers, and boards of directors in government investigations, enforcement actions and litigation. Mr. Kuenzi also has substantial experience representing companies in employment-related disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, discrimination, breach of contract, and various business torts. Mr. Kuenzi regularly consults with companies regarding internal policies and procedures, employment contracts, non-compete and confidentiality agreements and severance agreements.

In addition, Mr. Kuenzi gained extensive experience during a nine month secondment with a global private equity firm. While on secondment, he provided support to the legal team on a variety of matters including cybersecurity and data protection, regulatory compliance and employment related policies and procedures.
