Darren J. Keyes' practice involves a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development of real estate projects for owners, investors and Fortune 500 companies. He represents purchasers and sellers in the sale of improved and unimproved real property, and landlords and tenants in retail, office, and industrial lease negotiations. Mr. Keyes also has practice experience in the areas of construction, public finance, and special districts as well as industry experience with energy companies, health care organizations, and transportation providers.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Keyes serves on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross - Chisholm Trail Chapter and was appointed by the Fort Worth Independent School District's Board of Education to serve on the District Advisory Committee. He has also served in the United States Navy Reserve for ten years.
