Biography
Mr. McDonald’s thirty year career has been devoted exclusively to litigation. Over the span of his career, he has litigated hundreds of cases including over 150 cases tried to jury verdict. Dan's practice focuses primarily on cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death, pharmaceutical and medical device cases and property tax litigation.
Dan has a Martindale-Hubbell “a.v.” rating, the highest rating awarded by the trusted lawyer rating directory. Since 2014, he has been selected as a Top Attorney by Fort Worth, Texas magazine. In 2016, Dan was named one of the ten Newsmakers of the Year by the Fort Worth Star Telegram.

Horrible at Communication

God awful
I hired this attorney about 2 years ago and I keep calling to get status on my claim but no call back. My case manager keeps getting changed. This is insane!!!

I have informed all of our receptionists to transfer any calls from a Brad to my assistant. Your Case Manager does change based on the stage of your claim, that is how our office manages our claims.
