Biography
My practice focuses on commercial lending and business transactions. I have extensive experience representing clients in business transactions and commercial financing deals encompasses entity selection, organization, operation, acquisitions and sales. I have represented both borrowers and lenders in transactions involving both stock and asset purchases and sales, as well as real estate purchases/sales, leases and construction matters.
I also represent healthcare providers with respect to governance, operations, policy development, regulatory compliance and licensing. Prior to entering law school, I was employed in the healthcare industry, assisting in the management of several physician practices and rural health clinics operated by an Oklahoma hospital, including coordination of the hospital’s physician credentialing process.
