Blake Hedgecock works with his clients to resolving real estate disputes.  Mr. Hedgecock has handled a wide variety of real estate litigation matters in state and federal courts.  Mr. Hedgecock counsels clients in matters concerning workouts, receivers, carve-out claims and liability, waste, foreclosures, land use, environmental law, construction, finance, eminent domain, inverse condemnation and regulatory takings matters. Mr. Hedgecock's practice includes disputes involving local and institutional lenders, loan servicing clients, financial service companies, and special servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
