My Husband got sentenced to 2 years in TDC.He has 6 months back time. How soon can he make parole?

If his conviction is for aggravated assault he will have to do the full two years
Can a parole officer get the hold lifted on parole violation. He is already in jail and the other charge has posted a bond just

You may want to consider that if your friend has posted a bond on the new case but will be held on the parole violation he is not accruing any time...
