Ashley Nicole Feldt

Ashley Feldt is an Associate in Varghese Summersett’s Criminal Defense Division, where she leverages extensive courtroom experience to defend clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges. As a former prosecutor and accomplished trial attorney, Ashley has handled hundreds of cases on both sides of the aisle, giving her a well-rounded perspective and a strategic advantage when building defense strategies.

Prior to joining Varghese Summersett, Ashley served as an Assistant District Attorney in Denton and Dallas Counties, where she prosecuted a broad range of criminal matters. She also gained valuable experience in civil litigation at a large firm, representing corporate clients in complex cases involving trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries, and premises liability. While successful in civil practice, Ashley ultimately returned to her core passion—criminal defense—bringing a depth of experience and strong trial instincts to her work on behalf of clients.
