Client was stopped by officer and ultimately charged with driving while license suspended, Operating while Intoxicated and Child Endangerment. After filing a motion to dismiss I successfully suppresse ... d all of the evidence gathered as a result of there being insufficient evidence to arrest her for the Operating While Intoxicated. All charges were dismissed except for the Driving While License Suspended. Client walked away with a small fine.
