This guy didn't even show up to our court date and really put me in a bind as I live almost 5 hrs away. Office is very unprofessional & rude. Won't call you back. He's been reprimanded by the state before which should have been a red flag but unlike you reading this I didn't do my due diligence & rea...d reviews. long story short I had to hire a different attorney to close my case & he did so in 15 minutes. I hired this attorney to handle truck speeding ticket for me. His office failed to change the actual court date, we called his office time and again no or little information provided, most with attitude. His office said they filed paperwork and gave me a false court date. Beginning 5/2017 I learned m...y MN licence is due for suspension due to non-paid fine fee. When I learned, I immediately called his office to ask what's going on. He told me that a mistake had happened from the prosecutor and he's going to fix it! He never fixed and my license was suspended. I am going to file a grievance with the state bar of Texas. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER.

I engaged Mr. Price for a probate matter -- should be very straightforward and quick. He did nothing for two months except for take my retainer payment. I followed up with him often, his response times are painfully slow -- and always come with an excuse of why he hasn't done this or that, "will happ...en tomorrow", etc. He did nothing on my case until the day I terminated our relationship (he finally filed with the court AFTER I told him I would be switching counsel - I think to justify any fees). I have now spent 3+ months trying to recover my retainer deposit and he will not respond to calls (office or cell), email, text. Be careful, he will take your money and do nothing unless you have a trial case where he can bill many hours.

went to court in Sept and nothing has bee filed with the court as of Dec 19. Secretary tells me to call his cell number, Im like when did I become HIS secretary? that's not my job, He doesn't return calls It is now 6 pm with no return call for today.
