Parties' divorce judgment required husband to keep children as beneficiaries on life insurance policy. Husband changed beneficiary to new wife. After he died, children sued wife to collect proceeds ... on theory of conversion. Ultimately Mr. Shaw was able to secure a dismissal of the case on behalf of the client. No recovery for Plaintiffs.
