Amanda Sunday is a VA-accredited veterans disability attorney, Board Certified in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and Principal Attorney of the Law Office of Amanda Sunday.

Based in Bedford, Texas, Amanda represents disabled military veterans and their families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and nationwide. Her practice focuses on VA disability compensation claims, complex administrative appeals, and federal veterans benefits litigation.

Amanda has represented veterans in more than 200 cases before the Board of Veterans' Appeals (BVA) and more than 50 cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).

She has also presented oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, including in Frick v. McDonough (2022) and Vest v. McDonough (2024).

Professional Qualifications and Leadership

Amanda earned her Board Certification in Administrative Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2025.

She previously served as Vice Chair of the Military and Veterans Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. She is also a member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA) and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Bar Association.

Before founding the Law Office of Amanda Sunday in January 2025, she practiced veterans disability law at Glover Luck, LLP, a Dallas-based firm representing disabled military veterans and their families.

Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her bachelor's degree in English from Pennsylvania State University, graduating from both institutions with honors.

She is licensed to practice law in Texas and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the CAVC and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
