Timothy Robert Reilley

Tim has successfully obtained millions of dollars in verdicts, judgments and settlements for his clients. In 2023 Tim was certified as a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum. The Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements.

Tim was again named as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters in 2023.  Tim was first recognized as a Texas Rising Star in 2004 as featured in the July 2004 issues of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Rising Stars magazine. Tim has consistently been named either a Rising Star or Texas Super Lawyer throughout his career. In 2005 Tim was elected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, considered the premier organization of attorneys in Texas. 

Tim received his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University and his law degree from the University of Houston, which consistently ranks amongst the top health care law schools in the country. After graduation, Tim was recruited to one of the oldest firms in Dallas, Burford & Ryburn, where he represented doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. In 1998, Tim changed the focus of his practice to the representation of seriously injured individuals and their families.

Tim is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado and multiple federal courts. Tim is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He is a graduate of the ATAA Trucking School, a member of the American Assocaittion of Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association.
