Should I write judge asking 2 reinstate bond? He did not fail to show up to court, his attorney failed 2 tell he had court.

Never write a judge. He has an attorney and will guide him through the process.

Once you have pled guilty to do deferred you must comply with the tens of deferred. You can talk to your probation officer to amend some of the terms.

You will need an attorney. You should be able to seal the MIP which is reported to DPS when you turn 21 which is soon.
