If there's a finding of family violence you can't expunge or obtain a non-disclosure.

I would not recommend going without an attorney. However, I would go and tell the judge what you want and the reason for your decision.
How long can dallas county hold someone for an out of state warrant?

No they can't keep him indefinitely. OK has to come pick him up. With the ice storm they have probably asked for a little more time.
