D. Mark Daniel

Mark Daniel has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters as well as commercial transactional advice. In particular, he represents public utilities across Texas in complex property damage and personal injury litigation matters, involving electrical contact, gas explosions, commercial negligence and transportation. He also represents utilities in the area of condemnation and easement/right-of-way acquisition. He has also developed expertise in handling casualty and property damage claims against electrical utilities involving wild land fires as well as oil field accidents for companies in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Daniel also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters including products liability, premises liability, insurance, construction, executive retention and antitrust. His clients are involved in the public utility, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, technology and insurance sectors. He represents corporations, businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts across Texas.
