Outstanding!

We needed help setting up the legal structure for our business. John knew the options available to us, explained them carefully and concisely and did all the paperwork we needed. The entire process was completely painless -- I'm sorry that I put it off as long as I did! He was SO easy to deal with --... professional, thorough and meticulous. He also is well connected to the legal establishment and works very well with other lawyers, which I think is a huge plus. Above all, he is an extremely nice guy!
