Aided in child neglect

I am writing this review to warn any parent considering hiring this attorney. Their actions went far beyond standard legal incompetence and crossed into direct, active harm against innocent children. All throughout our case this attorney actively aided and enabled an environment of child neglect. Rat...her than upholding their ethical duty to protect the best interests of the children involved, this attorney only after months of inactivity, intentionally withheld and refused to release thousands of dollars in child support funds that had already been paid and provided directly to him. This was not a standard legal hold or a necessary procedural delay; it was a completely malicious, unnecessary act designed to intentionally harm the children. Mr. Clayton Bryant did this at the conclusion of the case with no practical or legal reasoning. This was done after he, in writing, offered to provide said funds to the children and inadvertently mailed them in an inaccurate fashion. This “trusted” man made a mistake and took action to hide his mistake by refusing to hand over said funds that had already been paid by paying parent and were in his possession, neglecting the children’s needs. An attorney who acts in such ways when vulnerable children are involved and inflicts financial distress on a family to hide his gross negligent mistakes has no integrity, no ethics, and no business practicing law. If you care about the safety and well-being of your children, stay as far away from this individual as possible. He does not protect children or families—he harm and neglect children to save his own reputation .

LOOK ELSEWHERE

Clayton Bryant is a terrible attorney. I had to hire another attorney because of Clayton's lack of communication and poor knowledge of the law. Clayton lied to me several times during the time he was supposed to be representing my interests, and it cost me thousands extra. He was unprepared for... hearings and, in general, a great example of incompetence.
