Jill Setzer

Stay away. I should have gone with my gut instinct when I first met with Jill and she wore a tennis skirt and tennis shoes to our initial meeting. I was made many promises about possible outcomes for my modification case and made to believe that she could help me. After I spent a ton of money with h...er she acted like “she told me so“ and that I didn’t have a case. only one word to describe Jill Setzer and that is she is unprofessional. She had an attitude, many typos on emails was late for every hearing or meeting and was not prepared. There were times that I would come in for a meeting and she would have no idea why we were meeting. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional firm.

She did a wonderful job with communication but failed when it came to communicating truthfully and I had to call several times when I found mistakes she made and I was being charged for every call I would have to make because of Jill’s error. Also didn’t believe me when I told her I didn’t do drugs a...nd when the results came back she stated that’s good news you passed when I asked why she said in the back of my mind I was concerned . It left me in disbelief and whose side was she really on definitely didn’t feel she was 100% on mine because I’m a younger guy and I was going against the mother of my child. Also when it came to billing I was over charged for the errors she made when I asked about them she wouldn’t return my calls and I fired her.
