David is an excellent attorney that will fight you to the end. At this time I have won a jury judgement and the insurance for the Dr. is trying to appeal. David is really excellent in the trial setting and develops a good rapport with jury. He presents the case in a manner that the jury can unders...tand. In my case he was excellent. I would recommend David Hart to anyone who has a legitimate case. Right now the award in my case is in excess of $250,000.00. I goes up about $1000.00 per month. I just can't think of anything that could be more satisfying than having David represent me in front of jury and presenting my case.
