Dick Turner

I hired Mr. Turner for a criminal attorney In December of 2020. At this time I was incarcerated and the one and only time I ever spoke with Mr. turner was to negotiate a price. I had two charges and he informed me both were felonies when one was a felony and the other was a misdemeanor. He wanted $45...00 which was agreed on. Then the felony was dropped and the price was then $2500. I was incarcerated for 5 months during this time I never spoke with Mr turner or his law office while incarcerated to discuss my case obtain a statement on what had happened or inform me of anything in my case. I received 5 letters from his office one being the letter informing me he is no longer legal counsel due to me firing him for not doing his job to the best of his ability being very unprofessional to my fiancé and telling us if we continue to call he will start charging us for every call. In the letter I received he stated that his work more than Exceeded the $2500 we paid Mr turners office and they did the best they could. I do not recommend using Mr Turner or his legal team for anything unless you want to be ripped off.

I only spoke with the attorney Dick Turner 1 time when I first hired them for a divorce case. After I paid a substantial retainer at the time of hiring I was always dealing with a legal secretary that was basically acting like she was an attorney. Dick Turner would never return calls, and this lega...l secretary acted like it was a nuisance to even speak on the phone for basic info. If they're paid by the hour, I would estimate I paid them $2000 per hour for the time they actually spent on my case. One of my favorites was when I asked the legal secretary a question that was very important for my case and would've required an additional court filling. When I asked her if she thought this was a good idea to file? Her response was, "You tell me." Really?? Hint... I'm not a lawyer. I thought I hired an attorney? But, I got a legal aid playing an attorney. Then the best was when I was finally done with Turner and the case. I asked the secretary for an invoice. She had a total blank look, then asked, "What kind of invoice?" At that point I could only laugh and walk out. This law firm is pathetic. They are really on it when it comes to taking your money. However, if you actually need a real attorney? Look elsewhere.
