I had my original meeting with Rogers and since it is hid firm I expected him to be my lawyer. This man has not once represented me. He instead sends his little assistant Mr. Van Dyke, who sucks at practicing law. I always pay my bill and the on time and I was a little late because they never told me... I owed anything Van Dyke threatened to not represent me. I was upfront about everything and he says I never told him things which is a lie. They tell me they don't need anything from me only to be blindsided in court. They fail to counsel their customers on what to expect, but the minute you don't pay you will be threatened to not be represented. These two men are liars and only want your money. they will not take an interest in your case at all. Save some time and money and find a different lawyer.

I agree with the rest of the reviews posted here. Over the course of about 18 months, paid Mike Rogers approximately $10,000 and my case should have been quickly and easily won. I literally did all the work for Mr. Rogers, submitted mounds and mounds and mounds of evidence, updated, called, checked i...n, met multiple times in his office... each time, Mr. Rogers would assure me that everything was going fine and that it was handled. Although Mr. Rogers was the "attorney" I hired, he sent his goon to every single hearing, mediation, etc. Rogers never showed up, although I told him repeatedly that Van appeared to be completely incompetent and requested he not appear for me anymore. I was promised every time that Mr. Rogers would show up, but on the day of, I would get a phone call or email saying he was "out of town," "tied up with an emergency," or any number of other excuses. After Mr. Rogers' firm had happily taken all my money, they received a decree from the other party several days in advance, and although they knew it was erroneous and did not follow the mediated settlement agreement, they never bothered forwarding it to me. Flash forward a couple days, and there I am, stunned, as the other party's attorney handed the judge a decree to consider, although it was clearly stated in the mediated settlement agreement that MY ATTORNEY would write the orders. To make matters worse, it was a substitute judge for the day who was completely unfamiliar with the case. He signed the other party's decree, and when I called to question Rogers' office about it, I was told they could "no longer help me." I had to hire another attorney to fix their mistakes, and in LESS THAN A YEAR, my new attorney accomplished absolutely everything I had asked Mr. Rogers' office for from the beginning.
