David E. Houston

David Houston has been a wonderful attorney to my family. We have used him for child custody issues in the past and now for a criminal matter. His secretary is always incredibly friendly and willing to assist and David is always there to help however he can. Before coming to David I had used another ...attorney in the past that said he could do many things for me and then did nothing. David will not tell me he can do something unless he can do it. Very thankful to have found him!

After 5 attorneys and 2 private investigators we found David Houston. His secretary was very courteous and always got the messages to Mr. Houston. He ALWAYS got back with us. He did what he said and said what he meant. Not like the other attorneys we had. Two that we had in Cleburne Texas were nev...er available, the secretary was not knowledgeable, and sometimes rude. The office was very disorganized. We did most of the foot work and never got anywhere. We were blessed to have had Mr. Houston on our childs side. He is the type of attorney who is for the client, not himself. Very honest and very willing to listen and work with you during an ugly time in your families life.

First let me say, of all the offices I spoke with in the Cleburne area about my child custody case, his secretary was the most polite and friendly. The attorney has a very serious personality but he was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very honest about how he felt abo...ut my case and me filing it right now. His office was a little out dated but please don't let that fool you. He and his staff are very professional and helpful.
