Rachel Brucks is an Associate Attorney with Higgins & Shurtz, PLLC. Rachel focuses on her practice on family law, real estate, and probate law. After working as paralegal with well-respected family law firms, Rachel attended Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where she interned with the Dallas County District Court Judges. After law school, she practiced with firms of Baron & Budd and Cordell & Cordell, P.C.
Rachel graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She also graduated summa cum laude with her Master of Arts in Literature and Gender Studies at Texas State University. In addition, Rachel graduated from the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
