Client was arrested for allegedly threatening a prosecutor in a courtroom in front of multiple witnesses. He was also later charged with threatening to shoot an investigator for the DA’s office. His bo ... nd was set at $300,000. There was a special prosecutor on the case given the identity of the victims. We were able to prepare and show the grand jury that our client was not guilty and he should not be charged with these crimes. Both cases were no billed and he was released from jail.
