I was desperate and hired her gave her $3000 up front was late to our on and only court hearing kept talking about needing surgery and business was slow and how clients hire her and she never hears from them again...sends crazy test messages then demands another $1800 a few weeks later . I told her ...I just paid her $3000 and all she did was go to court once and did nothing and sent in 2 forms....she sends a rude email saying I dont work well when im not paid! I was like really????? So i sent her the $1800 then a week later she is demanding more money!!!! Needless to say after consulting with another attorney mrs schenk did NOT send the appropriate documents to the court for my case . I went to get my evidence with very personal information and she has left it with a totally different companys receptionist. I get home not only do I have my evidence but I have evidence from several peoples cases. She is very careless and if she sends you a text DONT ANSWER she will charge you $100!! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYBODY! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HER CLIENTS AND THE CASE. NOT JUST THE MONEY! (which she did nothing for)
