Seema Mehta

I was browsing the internet to find a Patent attorney in Tarrant County and stumbled on Ms. Seema Mehta's name by chance. She was my immigration attorney when I was in South Florida. I was happy to know she is Dallas area now. As an old client I can tell you that She is the Best immigration Attorney... and the nicest and kindest human being I know. I am an Indian woman and was a Victim of severe physical and mental Abuse. I came here on Fiance Visa and got married. My Husband refused to file for my green card. He made my life misreble and there seemed no hope for me. One day when I was at a Grocery store in pembroke pines, I heard the store owner praising an attorney who had helped his brother, I asked him for details of this attorney, The storekeeper said he knows Ms. Mehta Personally and will talk to her about me. The storekepper called Ms. Mehta's office and made an appointment for me. That one meeting changed my life. I suddenly found strong support. Ms. Mehta filed a VAWA peition for me. Rest is history. Here I am today- just 7 years later looking to file a patent. Not a day has gone by when I have not thanked Ms. Seema Mehta for all the support she gave me. I remember talking with Ms. Mehta use to be like therapy for me, Even after I got my green card, I would call her and tell her about my life and ask for advise ! I am just so happy that Ms. Seema Mehta is here in Dallas now, I need to file for my citizen ship and have already made my appointment with her. I didnt give my full name. I want to surprise her. I might just come to avvo gain and write how that went.

I was requested by my wife to write a review for Law offcies of Seema Mehta. We were refered to the firm by a friend in Febuary. We had a complicated H1B petition (Cap Exempt)). Its been just 36 days from my first call and I have my H1B already approved. I actully never met Attorney Mehta ! I only c...alled on the phone, after that everything was done on emails. I am sure if Ms. Mehta sees us somewhere she will not know that we are her cleints. We plan to visit her office so that we can persoanlly thank her. We highly recommend her services to everyone.

Of course I would recommend Attorney Seema Mehta. I got my H1B in 30 days of my first conversation with her. I had gone to consult about filing for my H1B in 2014. After a brief interview she told me the employer would qualify under Cap Exempt. Soon the H1B was filed and Approved. Now I am already ...planning to speak to my employer about sponsoring for a Green Card Application. Hopefully soon Seema Mehta will be applying for my Perm Application and then the Green card ! As I belong to Sri Lanka I was told that I will have a smooth sail and not a very long wait time. Simply wanted to share this Great Experience and Say Thank You to Seema Mehta.

I wanted to write a review on Ms. Mehta only becuase I know this will help other people like me. I am from Nepal and have been in a tough immigration situation since last 8 years. Lat year with Gods grace I heard about Seema Mehta on radio. I called her office and was very impressed with her manner o...f talking. Unlike my previous very rude attorney, she was very kind and traeted me with respect. I met her, she took my case and TODAY beasue of her and ofcourse Gods Grace, I am a United Sates Resident .
