I was browsing the internet to find a Patent attorney in Tarrant County and stumbled on Ms. Seema Mehta's name by chance. She was my immigration attorney when I was in South Florida. I was happy to know she is Dallas area now. As an old client I can tell you that She is the Best immigration Attorney... and the nicest and kindest human being I know. I am an Indian woman and was a Victim of severe physical and mental Abuse. I came here on Fiance Visa and got married. My Husband refused to file for my green card. Of course I would recommend Attorney Seema Mehta. I got my H1B in 30 days of my first conversation with her. I had gone to consult about filing for my H1B in 2014. After a brief interview she told me the employer would qualify under Cap Exempt. Soon the H1B was filed and Approved. Now I am already ...planning to speak to my employer about sponsoring for a Green Card Application. Hopefully soon Seema Mehta will be applying for my Perm Application and then the Green card ! Ms Mehta is an amazing attorney. Very very honest and smart. I was referred to her by another doctor colleague of mine.
