Law office of Seema Mehta ! Well whatever I will write will be less . 3 years back I got connected with Seema through a local radio channel and discussed about my case. Seema understood the requirement and went beyond her responsibilities to guide me in order to my get my Immigration Petition filed ;... After 2 years of wait , I got RFE on my case and questions asked by USCIS were so weird that I was helpless to answer and every alternate day I got follow-up call from Seema to advise how I can collect the document from different sources and got an assurance that we will file this on time and will be approved. Seema is accommodating and is very easily accessible, always responds to emails and phone calls immediately. One thing that I cannot miss to write about her is passion about her work ; like any other lawyer they ask for Money before/during and before the case processing however in my case, I was only asked to pay the fees before the final day of petition submission. I would recommend Seema to anyone who is looking for an immigration attorney; She always treated my case as her own case and highest priority was given (even though she was working on multiple cases at the same time). I was requested by my wife to write a review for Law offcies of Seema Mehta. We were refered to the firm by a friend in Febuary. We had a complicated H1B petition (Cap Exempt)). Its been just 36 days from my first call and I have my H1B already approved. I actully never met Attorney Mehta ! I only c...alled on the phone, after that everything was done on emails. I am sure if Ms. Mehta sees us somewhere she will not know that we are her cleints. We plan to visit her office so that we can persoanlly thank her. We highly recommend her services to everyone.

Ms Mehta is an amazing attorney. Very very honest and smart. I was referred to her by another doctor colleague of mine. I am a doctor who was having very difficult time with my 2 other attornies that i had tried .Almost was about to go out of status. She acted very promptly , took care of all the ...RFEs that were causing my immigration status problems. Within 1 and a half month I got my H1B. Thanks to her knowledge and work ethics.
